1. The service
CzatGPT provides an AI chat interface powered by third-party models (currently Google Gemini). Features may include streaming replies, multilingual assistance, image context, voice helpers, and optional user accounts. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use CzatGPT on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials
- Provide accurate registration information
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized account use
- Guest chat may be available without an account, subject to rate limits
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party right
- Attempt to extract API keys, probe vulnerabilities, or bypass rate limits
- Upload malware or abuse the platform for spam, scams, or phishing
- Use the service to generate content intended to cause severe harm
- Misrepresent AI output as human-created professional advice without disclosure where required

5. AI output disclaimer
AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. CzatGPT does not guarantee correctness. You are solely responsible for how you use any output. See our Disclaimer.
6. Content ownership
- You retain rights to prompts and materials you submit, subject to licenses needed to operate the service
- You grant us a limited license to process submissions to provide replies and maintain the platform
- Subject to third-party model provider terms, you may use generated replies for lawful purposes
7. Intellectual property
The CzatGPT name, branding, interface, and site content (excluding user submissions and model outputs) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.
8. Third-party services
The service depends on third parties such as hosting providers and Google Gemini. Their terms and availability may affect your experience. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.
9. Free service and no warranties
CzatGPT is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CzatGPT and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if any) or (b) USD $50.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CzatGPT from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or abuse the platform. You may stop using CzatGPT at any time.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
