1. Reporting infringement

If you believe content available through czatgpt.org infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent:

2. Required information

Your notice should include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL, chat export, screenshot, or description)
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

3. What happens next

After receiving a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and, where appropriate, notify the user who posted it. We may terminate repeat infringers’ accounts in appropriate circumstances.

4. Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification including:

  • Your signature
  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate court

5. Misrepresentation

Submitting a false claim may expose you to liability under applicable law (including 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) where applicable). Only submit notices you believe are accurate.

6. User-generated and AI content

Users are responsible for the prompts and materials they upload. AI-generated text may resemble existing works; if you believe specific hosted material infringes your rights, use the process above.
