1. Purpose
CzatGPT is intended for lawful, constructive tasks such as writing help, coding assistance, translation, learning, brainstorming, and productivity.
2. Acceptable use examples
- Drafting emails, outlines, and marketing copy you will review
- Explaining concepts and debugging code you are authorized to work on
- Translating content you own or have rights to process
- Summarizing documents you are allowed to share with the service
- Generating ideas for business, study, or creative projects
3. Prohibited use
You may not use CzatGPT to:
- Violate laws or others’ intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Create scams, phishing content, malware, or social-engineering kits
- Seek assistance for violent crimes, terrorism, or exploitation of minors
- Attempt to bypass safety systems or extract system prompts / API keys
- Automate abusive high-volume requests that degrade the service
- Upload highly sensitive personal data (passwords, full payment card data, government IDs, medical records) unless you have a lawful need and proper safeguards
- Generate disinformation campaigns intended to deceive the public at scale
4. Human oversight
Treat AI as an assistant, not an authority. Review outputs before publishing, shipping code, or making consequential decisions. Disclose AI assistance where required by platform rules, academic policy, or law.
5. Ownership and licensing
Subject to our Terms and third-party provider terms, you may use generated replies for lawful purposes. You remain responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Model limitations
- Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated
- Models may refuse certain requests under provider safety policies
- Availability and quality can vary by model, region, and demand
7. Monitoring and enforcement
